I'm a 40-something male who had weighed for most of my adult life between 140 & 160lbs. The 4-Bullet Diet:

XX Eat one yummy banana for breakfast

XX Eat reasonably for lunch (which means no plate of hotdogs washed down with a carton of chocolate milk, or anything like that)

XX Eat nothing between meals, except for water to feel fuller
